Our Wellness Clinic at The Claremont provides you with the following Services:
- Weight Checks
- Blood Pressure and Vitals Checks
- Blood Glucose Monitoring
- Health questions answered by licensed clinicians
- Assistance with understanding medications and ordering prescriptions
- Private pay services for items not covered by health insurance
- Room visits (if you are not feeling well)
- First Aide as needed
We are here to provide the following services to you in your home at Claremont Retirement Village:
- Home Healthcare – skilled medical care, nursing and therapy services as well as Social Work covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurances
- Assisted Care – non-medical care through income-eligible programs such as PASSPORT, ESP, Comcare, Senior Levy, and VA
- Nursing – in-home, privately paid, non-medical services tailored to your specific personalized needs such as help with daily tasks
- Care Advisors – privately paid care management to assist with health concerns and options
