COVID-19 Response

Message from our Leadership Team

“To maintain the safety of our residents and staff, our visitation policy has been updated. Effective Thursday, September 15th, all visitors to Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) units, must show proof of their vaccination card at the front desk. If the visitor is unable to provide proof of vaccination, they will be required to get a 15-minute rapid test. Once the rapid test is given and is negative, they will be issued a visitor’s pass and then can proceed to door 11 or the Memory Care door.

Without this pass they will not be allowed to enter AL or MC. We want to ensure our part in not spreading COVID-19 to our most vulnerable population.

Please note:

  • Visitation hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Sunday.
  • Masks are required at all times, regardless of vaccination status.

Thank you for your support and cooperation during these uncertain times. As this is a fluid situation, we will continue to communicate all our efforts. Claremont Retirement Village aims to continue providing a safe and healthy environment for all.”
